Comfort Option is no ordinary mattress company. With over 70 years in the foam and bedding industry, their team developed the ONLY customizable, rebuildableⓇ mattress on the market—made in their Indiana warehouse. JDA Worldwide partnered with their team to amplify their brand through an awareness campaign to increase mattress sales.

As JDA’s dedicated writer for the campaign, I created unique audience personas using customer interviews and brand research metrics to lead campaign concepting. Notably, the Comfort Option team members demonstrated a robust, scientific knowledge of foam and custom mattress configurations, so I officially branded their team members as “Comfort Experts” across campaign executions.

The paid campaign, REDEFINING COMFORT, was promoted via custom landing page and across Meta ads, email campaign and print ads, of which I wrote all content.
