Team manual storytelling

Urban Alchemy is a non-profit focused on the personal transformation of its motley crew of Pit Stop Monitors. The organization has established a successful program, but needed a structured team manual to enhance the onboarding training for new Monitors. I was tapped by UA to create their training manual, asked to capture the organizational values and personal success stories of its team. Using interviews, data and creative storytelling, I was able to convey the essence of alchemy achieved by team members, with instructional details to instruct, equip and inspire future Monitors.
